Once the Recharge is selected and purchased, we acknowledge that you have selected the right operator and the plan, from your registered account, we are not responsible for the wrong recharge done by you. As of now, we don’t deal with wrong recharges, we deal only with recharges, once the wrong recharge is done the person who gets the talk time or data, will use it and once it is used company want to allow to withdraw, in case of DTH operators some operators, recharges can be altered to the right number, in case there is recharge value available and there is no negated balance and the DTH is active.
